Job applications
When you apply, we store your contact details, resume, portfolio link, and answers in our Firebase recruitment system. Authorized staff use these records to review applications, contact candidates, and track hiring progress. An automated rubric identifies relevant skill keywords in your resume and answers; it does not reject applicants or make hiring decisions. Resumes that cannot be read automatically receive manual review. To request correction or deletion of your application, contact us through our contact page and include the email used to apply or your application reference.
SMS consent and mobile information
We use your mobile number and recorded SMS consent to send the Client Center account alerts you choose. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except providers that deliver or operate the messaging service on our behalf. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and count successful contact inquiries. Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device and browser information, referring sites, and approximate location. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, or URL query strings through our analytics events. Analytics is disabled until you opt in and is not enabled on staff or client portals. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect contact forms or other site features.
